At the end of a Qoya class, we often practice Shavasana, also known as Corpse Pose. In this pose, you lie comfortably on your back with your eyes closed, allowing your body and mind to relax deeply. This final relaxation helps your body absorb the benefits of the movements we've done and provides a moment of peaceful rest before concluding the session.
