In Person classes are on Mondays at Upham Village Hall, Mortimer's Lane, Lower Upham and Wednesdays at The Old School House, St John's Road, Hedge End.
Beginners are encouraged to attend in person classes on Mondays if possible or opt for a series of private sessions. All private sessions can be booked for up to 3 persons. For larger group sizes (home visits only), a levy of £20 per extra person will be applied to the private tuition booking fee.
Online classes are broadcast on Zoom and a recording is sent out after each broadcast, valid for 6 days. Old recordings can be purchased from Rachel's Vimeo channel here: https://vimeo.com/rachellovegroveyoga
