Linda is a qualified Iyengar yoga teacher who has been teaching yoga in and around Southampton - face to face and online - since 2013 to young and old, male and female, experienced and inexperienced, active and not so active.

Her classes are welcoming, friendly and enjoyable and she has been kind enough to cover Rachel's Wednesday night class while she is travelling away to teach.
