Description

This class is appropriate for postnatal women. It is designed to help alleviate some of the common discomforts of pregnancy, but also strengthen and tone the muscles and organs. All warm-ups, sun salutations, standing and seated postures consider the particular needs of the perinatal woman. Committed to the idea that yoga should be fun, this class offers a balance of play, laugh and sweat, with an emphasis on alignment and breath.
