The class is crafted to encourage students to explore their own alignment and foster a deeper connection with themselves. Through my experience, I've noticed that we, as humans, are often very disconnected from our bodies, meaning we are super stagnant and not aware of what is happening within us. So, these classes are designed for someone who wants to take a little step closer to our true selves. Even though all genders are welcome, I especially encourage women to join the classes.
