Rise + Reset 🌻 is a gentle sanctuary to move, breathe, and rest. Through Hatha, Yin, and conscious breath, we gather to slow down, reconnect, and come home to ourselves.

Description

Begin your day with a gentle yet uplifting flow on our veranda here in Erimi. This 60-minute practice blends soft Hatha yoga, mindful pranayama (breath), and grounding movement to awaken your body and calm your mind. Move with the morning light, connect inward, and step into your day feeling centred, radiant, and renewed. Mats and props provided.
