Lisa Nyo
Lisa is a certified yoga teacher with a 200-hour Yoga Training and a 50-hour Yin Yoga certification, both completed in Bali. She is also trained in Mat and Reformer Pilates through the Pilates Academy of Indonesia. Currently, she is deepening her personal practice with a dedicated focus on Ashtanga Yoga.
Her passion for holistic well-being has led her to explore beyond the mat—having completed training in Hypnotherapy, Access Bars, and various yoga workshops.
Lisa’s journey into mindfulness began in her teenage years, when she regularly attended silent meditation retreats at monasteries, guided by Buddhist monks and nuns. These early experiences laid a deep foundation for her grounded and heart-centered teaching style
