Demonstrating Sun Salutation for chair. You can alter lead leg each time if you want, but there is a lunge at both start & finish, so this sequence is balanced as is also. 😉 I will be demonstrating the chair version of our asana practice at the free community yoga event this Sunday at Walbridge Park.
