A slow vinyasa flow combined with pranayama (focus on breath) to create awareness, flexibility, strength and space in the mind and body to prepare for longer-held passive yin shapes to stimulate chi/energy flow to joints, connective tissue and bone. Intelligent sequencing informed by Chinese Meridian Theory to balance the mind, body, energy and emotions.
