Participants practice fluid asanas in sequences that focus on linking breath to movement. The continuous flow of this style strengthens muscles, but also help with flexibility. The variable nature of Vinyasa Yoga helps to develop a more balanced body as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries that can happen if you are always doing the same thing every day. This Vinyasa flow is a little slower paced so all levels of experience can participate.
