Ana qualified as a yoga teacher in 2020 and teaches Vinyasa, Hot26, Aerial Yoga, and Yin. While she enjoys the energy and strength of a flowing practice, her heart truly lies in yin, restorative yoga, meditation, and sound healing — spaces where students are invited to slow down, soften, and reconnect.
Ana’s classes are rooted in presence, with a strong focus on uniting body and mind. She creates a warm, nourishing environment where students feel safe to arrive exactly as they are. Drawing on her experience as a Reiki practitioner, Ana brings a gentle, intuitive, and heart-led approach to everything she teaches.
She firmly believes that yoga is for everybody — every body, every background, every stage of life. Ana’s teaching is inclusive, grounding, and supportive, encouraging students to listen inwardly, move with awareness, and rest when they need to.
Whether students are seeking stillness, healing, strength, or simply a moment to breathe, Ana’s classes offer space to reconnect — not to fix or change themselves, but to come home to themselves.
Description
Sink into stillness and soften under the gentle embrace of warmth. This class combines the deep, meditative practice of Yin yoga with a comfortably heated room. Postures are held for longer periods, allowing the body to open gradually, targeting the connective tissues, joints, and fascia.
