Trained as a yoga teacher during the pandemic, she completed her 200-hour certification in 2021. She began teaching Vinyasa and Power Yoga outdoors before running community classes, and after a period of deepening her own practice, she returned with a renewed passion for sharing yoga. Although naturally drawn to dynamic movement, Yin Yoga has become a powerful teacher for her — inviting slowness, presence, and surrender. This experience now shapes how she holds space. Breath is at the heart of her work. As a Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator, she integrates pranayama and functional breathing techniques into her classes to support nervous system balance and deeper embodiment. Her Warm Yin classes offer a grounding, nourishing space to soften, release, and reconnect.

Description

Sink into stillness and soften under the gentle embrace of warmth. This class combines the deep, meditative practice of Yin yoga with a comfortably heated room. Postures are held for longer periods, allowing the body to open gradually, targeting the connective tissues, joints, and fascia.

The warmth helps muscles relax more deeply, enhances circulation, and encourages a greater sense of release both physically and emotionally. Perfect for balancing an active lifestyle or a strong yang practice, Warm Yin offers you time to slow down, breathe, and restore.

Leave feeling grounded, spacious, and deeply nourished.
