Luka Baggio
Luka Baggio is a renowned senior yoga teacher and Thai Yoga Massage therapist based in Oxford. Her journey into movement and healing practices began in 2013, when she trained as a Bikram Yoga teacher. She has since gone on to teach Vinyasa and Yin yoga, and in 2018 discovered her passion for Thai Yoga Massage – training with Kira Balaskas, one of the first practitioners to bring this practice to the UK.
With over a decade of experience, Luka believes that the combination of yoga and massage is key to living a vibrant, healthy, and happy life. Alongside her massage practice in Bicester, she continues to teach weekly yoga classes, workshops, and retreats across Oxfordshire.
Luka specialises in creating mindful experiences that help people understand their bodies in order to self heal, release tension, improve mobility, and reconnect with balance. She is passionate about supporting not just individual wellbeing, but the collective health of teams and organisations.

Hot Flow Yoga
Hot Flow Yoga is a dynamic, breath-led practice designed to energise the body, focus the mind, and uplift the spirit. Practised in a gently heated room, this class combines creative sequencing, flowing transitions, and strength-building postures to create a moving meditation that leaves you feeling both powerful and calm.
The warmth of the room helps to release muscular tension, increase circulation, and allow your body to move more freely and deeply into each posture. As you flow, you’ll build strength, improve balance, and enhance flexibility, while also cultivating mindfulness and awareness through steady breathwork.
Beyond the physical, Hot Flow offers powerful mental and emotional benefits. The heat and movement work together to detoxify the body, boost energy levels, and clear the mind of stress and mental clutter. Many students leave class feeling lighter, more grounded, and with an overall sense of clarity and wellbeing.
