Adele is a keen runner and dedicated yogi, committed to building endurance, mindfulness and resilience. She is trained in vinyasa flow, hot power yoga, Hot26 and sound healing. Adele is passionate about making a positive difference to people’s physical and mental wellbeing, and her classes encourage students to tune into their bodies and help them to benefit from the transformative effects of yoga.
