Using yoga asana and philosophy, we'll help your body heal after giving birth, rebuild strength, stamina, and mobility, release tension, stabilise your body, promote mental health, and encourage deep rest. What is best for you is also best for your baby, so take the time to nurture your mind, body, and soul in a safe space of other mothers.
