A special class focused on Grounding Your Energy. If you've been feeling anxious, unstable, flighty and fearful these are signs that the body feels threatened or unsafe in your current state. There are many causes such as disrupted routines (from the holidays), work stress (and so on), or any situation/thought that doesn't feel good. In this session, we will cultivate the feeling of safety and stability through various tools such as breath work and movement. These tools will help anchor your body and mind in the present moment releasing tension in the body so you can go through the next few days feeling more relaxed, lighter and clearer.

This class is 1 hour and 30 minutes. Please bring a blanket/sarong.
