Ride the Wave means to wait it out. It means to allow it to settle. To explore each inhale and each exhale to completion. To accept the ebbs and flows. To joyfully float along. It means that life is a journey, each day an adventure, we can fight against the current or allow it to carry us... Swimming along with it. It means that life is ever-changing, ever-flowing, ever-in-motion. Neither the ups nor downs persist. Neither sorrow nor joy persists... Life's a wave, enjoy the ride. 🌊
Ride the Wave's mission is simple: Spread the Love, Share the Medicine [Y O G A] 💗
