I offer personalised Kundalini Yoga sessions designed to help you release stress, improve focus, and reset your nervous system.

My approach combines movement, guided breathwork, meditation, and sound healing to support both mental clarity and physical well-being. Each session is designed as a holistic experience to help you reconnect, recharge, and feel more balanced in your daily life.

Most sessions are available online, making it easy to practice from wherever you are.

I also offer 1:1 sessions in person, either:
• at your home
• or at my space (Amsterdam)

My space is designed to feel calm and welcoming, with:
• a dedicated changing area
• yoga mats provided
• meditation cushions available
• tea offered before or after the session

You only need to bring yourself.
