A magical space for Mothers & Daughters to gather. *

Life can be hard for our girls as they get older. Their bodies change, they experience new emotions that they don't yet understand, and sometimes, life can feel a little scary.

My vision is to support our girls in a way that we weren't. Providing a space where these thresholds are honoured and celebrated.

Sessions vary from month to month and may include a combination of yoga, crafting and sharing. One thing that will be a constant in these circles is the time for deep listening and ultimately, healing.

Let us be the change makers and help our girls to grow into strong, empowered women that are in tune with their rhythms and cycles.

When booking, only 1 space is required per Mother & Daughter. I would like it to be accessible to all so have set the price on a sliding scale from £10 - £20. Pay what is affordable for you and if money is ever an issue, please contact me directly. Know that if you can afford to pay more, your money will go towards supporting another sister and her daughter.

Location details will be provided upon booking. If the weather forces us indoors, we will use a space in Kings Langley.
