Ritual Wellness and Yoga Terms and Conditions
Please read through the terms and conditions thoroughly before enrolling. When enrolling as a student of Ritual Wellness and Yoga, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions below.
1. All purchases of classes/punch cards are non-refundable.
2. All students must have a unique online account associated with a unique email address. Friends and family members may not share the same email address/ account.
3. Please arrive at least ten minutes before class.
4. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any of our offerings without notice at any time.
5. Ritual Wellness and Yoga is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings
6. Ritual Wellness and Yoga reserves the right to refuse entry to any of our classes.
7. Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits.
8. Terms, Conditions, and Fees are subject to change without prior notification.
9. Cancellations - Any reservations that are cancelled with more than 2 hours before class start time are classed as an ‘early cancel’ and your pass will not be used.
Any reservations that are cancelled within 2 hours of the class start time are classed as a ‘late cancel’ and the pass will be used.
It is the clients responsibility to cancel a booked class through the MOMOYOGA online booking system or app within the 2-hour time frame.
If you sign up for a class and do not show up or cancel in the 2 hour class window your pass will be used.
10. Classes must have a minimum of 3 participants signed up, to be offered, and can be cancelled within 2 hrs of class start time if 2 or less. If you are signed up for a class that gets cancelled due to low registration numbers, your pass will not be used and we will do our best to contact your prior to notify you of class cancellation.
11. Gear to bring: mat and water bottle. If you do not have a mat, I have a limited amount of yoga mats to lend you.
12. If you bring your belongings into the yoga studio, cell phones must be placed on mute
13. Punch Passes expire 1 year from purchase date, after which any unused classes will expire.
14. Listed prices include applicable taxes
15. All classes/services are paid for online, e-transfer (pay to ritualwellnessandyoga@gmail.com) or in cash before class starts.
If you are unable to register and book online you will be required to fill in a registration form so you can be loaded into our online booking system
