About Rock Yoga
With a deep appreciation for traditional yoga teachings, my approach is heart-centered and accessible. Yoga became part of my life in my late teens, beginning as a search for a healthier lifestyle and evolving into a lifelong path of self-discovery. The desire to deepen my practice led to years of study and teaching, sharing the ancient wisdom of yoga as a way to serve others.
I completed my 200-hour Jaya Vita training in 2020 at Jaya Yoga Studio in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania, and in 2024 earned a 500-hour Dharma Yoga Life of a Yogi certification in Dharma II & III, with yoga master Sri Dharma Mittra and senior teachers at the Dharma Yoga Center in New York City.
My classes blend mindful movement, breath-work, and meditative awareness, rooted in tradition yet welcoming to all levels. Each class creates space for students to connect inward, challenge themselves with compassion, and move as a collective energy that supports personal growth. Guided by a genuine love for the practice, my intention is to help others cultivate greater self-knowledge and inner peace.
