In this 7 day beginner yoga series, you will learn to regulate your breathing (pranayama) and link the breath through different postures (asanas) and sun salutations.
By the end of the series you should have a basic understanding of dirgha pranayama (3 part breathing) and sun salutations.
This series will leave you feeling confident for level:1-2 Vinyasa classes.
