Yoga Therapy allows each yoga pose to be combined to achieve the effect of conditioning the body and mind, focusing on the needs of the body, and paying attention to internal changes. There is no need for difficult movements, just it requires your whole-hearted investment, to integrate the body and mind.
In a yoga therapy class, you can relax your mind and body, enjoy breathing, and understand the inner body and mind reactions and perceptions.
Furthermore, yoga postures and massage balls will be used in class to release neck pain, low back pain, sciatica, knee joint pain etc...
Yoga Therapy由瑜伽式子與肌筋脈放鬆手法組合,達到調理身心的果效,專注於身體的需要,留意內在的變化。沒有高難度的動作的需要,但需要你全心的投入,目標只放於身心的整合。在練習的過程中,可以讓您懂得放鬆身心、享受呼吸和認識內在的身心反應和知覺。
另外以治療痛症為目的,課堂內會以瑜伽體位法及按摩球,去舒緩身體上的痛症包括頸痛、腰背痛、坐骨神經痛、膝關節痛等等,有效地拉伸痛症部位。
