陰瑜伽是一種結合中國經絡理論所發展出來的一系列瑜伽體。這種瑜伽採取被動的方式,且不像陽瑜伽動作轉換快速,每個姿勢約會停留3至5分鐘的時間,目的是為了柔軟結締組織,並刺激氣的流動。由於停留時間較長,所以會使用大量輔具(如瑜伽抱枕、瑜伽毯等)。

Yin Yoga is a series of yoga poses developed in combination with the Chinese Meridian Theory. Yin yoga adopts a passive methodology in each posture we’ll stays for a minimum of 3 minutes. The purpose of Yin practice is to soften the connective tissue and stimulate the flow of Qi. Due to the long holding, assistive yoga props (such as yoga bolsters, yoga blankets, etc.) will be used.
