What makes Room Ganesha's circuit training stand out is that we open every session with an ECCENTRIC dance and close it with a restorative savasana. Just like most other classes offer here in RG; guiding our guests experiencing through the waves of Yin Yang is our ultimate goal. So the Yin element will connect your physical and spiritual, mental, emotional body through the dynamic pacing class.
The 30-35 minutes of HIIT training uses interval training that combines BODYWEIGHT and STRENGTH training with AEROBIC elements. You will get the calorie-burning benefits of high-intensity cardio, combined with strength training elements to tone muscle and build strength.
These classes can give you the best of both Cardio and Strength training within a very limited amount of time. Come join us and dance ;)
Circuit Training是一種全方位訓練,學員需要運動全身肌肉,在限定時間完成多組動作,亦有大量針對拉肌的動作設定,去彌補瑜伽鍛鍊中這部分身體肌肉群組的啟動不足,有助加強心肺功能、肌肉力量、手腳協調等等,亦可以燃燒脂肪兼改善體形。RG為學員設定的Total body Circuit training加設了釋放心靈與壓力的Eccentric Dance作開場以及修復瑜伽作大休息,迎合教室提倡陰陽相融的宗旨。
