500-hour alignment and spiritual-based yogi with a background in neuroscience. Current USA Yoga athlete and past gymnastics coach. I enjoy helping people find their inner peace with moving meditation reducing the symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTS, and sympathic overdrive. My specialty is 1-on-1 yoga therapy and trauma-sensitive yoga.
Description
Calming and mindful practice with low lighting and yoga props to help facilitate relaxation in the body. Asanas will be based in the Hatha and yin traditions and held for several minutes with props for comfort to allow for total supported relaxation. Small class size with focus on releasing all tension.
