500-hour alignment and spiritual-based yogi with a background in neuroscience. Current USA Yoga athlete and past gymnastics coach. I enjoy helping people find their inner peace with moving meditation reducing the symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTS, and sympathic overdrive. My specialty is 1-on-1 yoga therapy and trauma-sensitive yoga.
