Holding space on your journey to find within yourself your roots to fly.
Description
Join us for this therapeutic chakra balancing and mandala painting workshop!
Jenn Brouillard is a 200 Hour trained yoga teacher and Reiki Master. She has been guiding yoga classes in the surrounding towns of Southbridge, Sturbridge, Dudley, Charlton, Oxford, Woodstock and Putnam for 6 years. Her passion is holding space for people on their journey of the self and reminding them how powerful they really are. Through the balance of shadow work and light work Jenn's focus is to empower individuals through their healing journeys, to bring more peace to their souls and contentment to their hearts. Teaching about the chakras are a passion of hers. She believes educating people about their own energy and what they can actually create with it gives them their sovereignty back!
In this half day retreat you will learn about your energy body and your chakra centers and how they can affect your physical body and your every day life. You will be given tangible tools to be able to access into each chakra. Tools include breath work, visualization, and physical applications. In learning how to access into a given chakra you will learn how to intuitively follow your inner guidance to clear and balance the energies there.
We will then go through a guided meditation which can be done seated on the floor or chair or laying down. On this guided journey you will meet with each chakra, learn how to tune into the energy there, clear it and plant new seeds for growth and future manifestation with your focused intention.
Following the meditation there will be time for refreshments (which will be provided).
You will then be guided through a meditative step my step process of creating a personal mandala using colors inspired by your chakra journey.
Amy Crose has been a nurse for over three decades and believes we are all powerful, transformative beings, with infinite sources of strength and resilience within.
Over the past four years she immersed herself in painting mandalas and has personally experienced their restorative and meditative effects helping her to see the benefits of adding a holistic practice to her traditional training as a nurse. She went on to become a Holistic RN and Life Coach that shares mandala expression as a creative tool to help you achieve greater wellbeing. Through this process, you will discover that you are far more imaginative, and powerful than you realize.
During this workshop not only will you learn about the history of Mandalas and what their purpose is, Amy will take you through a transformative practice of intention setting, inner balance and awareness as well as teach the specific techniques to creating Mandalas for yourself.
