Join Jennifer Brouillard of Roots to Fly Wellness for an express all levels yoga class focused on stretching and strengthening (which is always optional). We will begin standing with a brief centering and flow right into gentle movement to shift our energy. We will end with stretching and a brief savasana for integration. This is a great class move your energy and root back into your body. Lots of modifications are given and you are encouraged to meet your body wherever it is in that moment and to rest when you need to. Come as you are and take what you need. Connect with your breath, find your center, meet yourself at your edge and release your stress. Remember, what you do to bring peace to your body, mind and soul brings peace to the world. You matter in this world!

Strap or thin long scarf
An open mind and open heart. All supplies are available to borrow at the studio.

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early to allow time for the previous class to leave and for me to set up.

Cost: Class is $15 or a 6 class card can be purchased for $80 or a 10 class card is $120. Cash, check, or Venmo are preferred. Credit card processing online is an option for your convenience (I cannot process credit cards in person).
