Join Jennifer Brouillard of Roots to Fly Wellness for this moderately paced Vinyasa flow yoga class focused on breath work, strengthening, and stretching. Knowledge of the yoga poses is needed for this class as we will move a bit quicker than my gentle yoga classes, but lots of modifications are still given to meet my yogis at their various levels of practice. Come connect with your breath, find your center, meet yourself at your edge, and tune into your body and your intuition. Come as you are, take what you need, rest when you need to (it's ok to say no to a pose and rest in child), and release what no longer serves you. I will always remind you to do what is best for you and to listen to your body. Remember, what you do to bring peace to your inner being helps to bring peace to the world.

Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early to allow time for the previous class to leave and for me to set up.

What to bring:
Yoga mat, yoga blanket, yoga blocks, yoga strap, water, and an open mind and open heart. I will have mats, blocks, and blankets to borrow on a first come basis.

Cost: Class is $15 or a 6 class card can be purchased for $80 or a 10 class card is $120. Cash, check, or Venmo is preferred. Credit card payment is available on line for your convenience.

Join Jennifer Brouillard of Roots to Fly Wellness for an express all levels yoga class focused on stretching and strengthening (which is always optional). We will begin standing with a brief centering and flow right into gentle movement to shift our energy. We will end with stretching and a brief savasana for integration. This is a great class move your energy and root back into your body. Lots of modifications are given and you are encouraged to meet your body wherever it is in that moment and to rest when you need to. Come as you are and take what you need. Connect with your breath, find your center, meet yourself at your edge and release your stress. Remember, what you do to bring peace to your body, mind and soul brings peace to the world. You matter in this world!
