Join Jennifer Brouillard of Roots to Fly Wellness for this moderately paced Vinyasa flow yoga class focused on breath work, strengthening, and stretching. Knowledge of the yoga poses is needed for this class as we will move a bit quicker than my gentle yoga classes, but lots of modifications are still given to meet my yogis at their various levels of practice. Come connect with your breath, find your center, meet yourself at your edge, and tune into your body and your intuition. Come as you are, take what you need, rest when you need to (it's ok to say no to a pose and rest in child), and release what no longer serves you. I will always remind you to do what is best for you and to listen to your body. Remember, what you do to bring peace to your inner being helps to bring peace to the world.

Join Jenn Brouillard of Roots to Fly Wellness for a Yin yoga class with Restorative pose modifications. Yin yoga is a stretching focused class done with a cool body. Poses are held for 2 minutes and are all low to the ground. Most poses that are offered offered will have an optional modification to make each pose more restorative if that is what your body is calling for at that moment. In Yin we compress the ligaments and joints with long holds and breath work to help the fascia to open. Yin works into the fascia and aids in joint mobility, flexibility and balance. The compression (the holding of the stretch at it's edge) starves the joint of fluid while stretching the fascia around the joint capsule. When compression is released the joint capsule is freed, but the fascia remains slightly stretched and more open. Fluid, nutrients, and oxygen rushes back to the joint capsule and this flood of hydration is felt in the body as the rebound. Along with this more tangible shift Yin also helps to calm the nervous system (taking your nervous system back into Rest and Restore) and clear the energy channels (meridians) of the body through the fascia.

Flow of class: We will begin with a centering meditation with a focus on getting into the body and breath. We will move through the poses with soft, instrumental frequency music playing in the background throughout class. We will close with a 2 minute body scan with sound bowls and a 5 minute savasana each week.

The focus of this class is to stretch your body, replenish your energy, nurture your mind, release the things that are no longer serving you and recalibrate your focus. Take the Yin pose or the more restorative modification depending on your energetic and physical needs at the time. Enjoy the peace that comes from listening to your body and meeting it where it is at, not where you wish it were. Remember what you do to bring peace to yourself, brings more peace to the world. You matter!

Join me for an empowering workshop to refocuse your mind, clear your heart and ignite your inner light. Consciously claiming your sovereignty we will begin with a chakra meditation journey to clear and balance your energy centers. I will lead you into a space to open to yourself more deeply. Tuning into your intuition will aid you in the creation of your future. Following the meditation there will be some contemplative questions to ask yourself to clarify your goals, dreams, wants and desires. I will give you some information about the process of vision board creating and you will have an hour and a half to contemplatively create your future in visual form. Vision boards are a type of art collage. No artistic talent is needed to create these. We will end with a blessing of our boards and a sealing of our hopes and dreams into our hearts.

What to bring:
- A travel mug for your tea. (I will have disposable cups available if you forget yours)
- A mat, blanket and pillow if you would like to lay down for your meditation. Or a cushion to sit on for a seated meditation if you prefer. (Props will be available to borrow)
- Journal/paper and writing instrument.
- Water bottle.
- A pair of scissors with your name or initials on them.
- Any specific additions and pictures you want to be sure to include on your board. Ample magazines will be provided.

Please plan on arriving 10-15 minutes before class. We will begin on time.
