Thank you for booking a class with Roots Yoga Cheltenham.
Before you arrive I wanted to let you know that we do have a few spare yoga mats in the studio, however I would encourage you to bring your own mat if attending classes on a regular basis for hygiene purposes. Please also remember to bring some water with you to keep hydrated during and after the practice.
