Yin Class | LIVE ONLINE via Zoom
Tuesday, 28 March • 7:15 PM - 8:15 PM
Rosieglo Yoga Online (via Zoom)
Niki Cox
This is a live online yoga class via Zoom, streamed from our Studio based class.

Find the balance in your life and your practice with Yin.
Yin is about space: The space happening in the body as the connective tissue slowly starts to open, the space in the channels where the energy flows, and the space in the mind as thoughts begin to subside.
The focus is on improving joint mobility as we target the deep connective tissues of the body.
It is a slow relaxed practice with long holds, creating a deep relaxed state of body and mind.
Yin yoga is for you if you are tired and craving energy or you’re over-stimulated and have too much energy, or anywhere in between.
