Start the week right with a glorious Monday morning stretch in our Morning Yoga class.
Suitable for all, this is a gentle flow class to get the body moving, wake up the mind and ease you into the week.
We take our time warming up, move into a simple standing sequence and spend lots of time on our seated stretches to reinvigorate tired legs and achey backs.
We finish with a few minutes of chill out time complete with a dab of aromatherapy oil and mini head massage – a little treat at the end of the class :)

Beginners Yoga is a beginners Hatha yoga class. We work on a number of basic postures along with proper breathing to build strength, calm the mind and reduce stress.
We perform the poses slowly and consciously so that the sequence becomes a mental exercise as well as physical, combining breath and movement to settle the mind and body and truly get us into the zone. Beginners will benefit from the pace and guidance of this class and will learn how to switch off and simply be present.

Yoga can help slow down the effects of our natural ageing process by maintaining muscle softness and flexibility, keeping the mind alert and awake, encouraging relaxation and strengthening muscles and joints.
Accompanied by some soft music, we move easily and gracefully to improve focus, balance, stability, flexibility and joint health.
Yoga mats, props and soft blankets are provided – just bring yourself and get ready to feel the benefits.

Pregnancy yoga is suitable for all levels – whether experienced or new to yoga.
Yoga practice during pregnancy brings you physical and emotional strength.
You will learn techniques to assist you throughout pregnancy, labour and after the birth with an emphasis on the power of breath combined with asanas (postures), designed specifically to help you with anxiety, insomnia and to ease and strengthen your body as you prepare for the birth of your baby.
Classes at Rosieglo are intimate, creating a relaxed and comforting environment for you to nurture yourself and your growing baby at this special time. Our fully qualified pregnancy yoga teacher Reut, will gently guide you and classes are limited to ten so that she can offer extra attention to all.
A great opportunity to make lasting friendships throughout your pregnancy journey and beyond.

We work on easing and strengthening the key muscles to improve your recovery time and help prevent injury.
No candles, no chanting :)
