Description
This Circuit Training class combines cardio and strength training into a fun, high energy, full-body workout. Start with a warm-up to get your heart rate up and then work through 4 different circuits targeting cardio, upper body, lower body and core. Finish with a cooldown stretch to target flexibility and aid in recovery. All levels welcome! - modifications will be provided for all exercises
