Having trouble sleeping? ✨ Take time tonight to get acquainted with the moonlight. Use this time to celebrate all you've accomplished, process what has happened, and prepare yourself for a powerful, restorative night's rest. This class utilizes modalities such as: yoga, tarot cards, freestyle movement, guided meditation, and hypnosis/trance.
