Cam's Yoga journey started in 2014 with a regular Asana practice of Ashtanga and Vinyasa styles of Yoga as a physical practice for the body and started to notice the calming of the mind that happened naturally with practice.
In late 2017 Cam met his heart teacher and immediately signed up for Teacher Training to deepen his personal practice. The 30 days of intense Hatha Yoga shifted this physical Asana practice into a deeper Holistic Spiritual Practice. The Sciences of Yoga led to moments of deep consciousness and awareness which was really the start of Cam's Yoga and in 2018 Cam started teaching.
In 2023 Cam completed his 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh.
Yoga is the practice of coming "home" back to our natural state of peace and bliss. I look forward to guiding your practice on the mat. Hari Om
Description
Hatha Slow Flow combines traditional Hatha with a gentle pace, ideal for a relaxed and mindful yoga experience. Synchronized movements with breath, conscious breathing, and extended holds in classic poses promote strength, flexibility, and relaxation.
Emphasizing on alignment and offering a detailed exploration, this class incorporates meditative elements for inner stillness. Despite the slow pace, a gentle flow between poses creates a harmonious practice.
Concluding with a soothing cool-down and final relaxation, it's perfect for those seeking yoga's benefits without intense speed. Challenging yet beginner-friendly, it builds strength, stamina, flexibility and discipline through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditative mindfulness practices.
