Jessica embarked on her yoga journey in 2016, initially seeking physical benefits, yet finding much more. Yoga became her steadfast companion through life's ebbs and flows. Driven by a desire to cultivate joy and share yoga's gifts, she journeyed to India for intensive Yoga Teacher Training.
Her classes blend joyful, dynamic movement with reverence for yoga's Eastern roots. Drawing from her background in marketing and psychology, Jessica infuses classes with scientifically-backed wisdom and philosophical insights.
At the heart of her teaching is a call to reconnect with mind, body, and soul — a gentle reminder of the preciousness of our existence on this big floating rock.
Description
Hatha Slow Flow combines traditional Hatha with a gentle pace, ideal for a relaxed and mindful yoga experience. Synchronized movements with breath, conscious breathing, and extended holds in classic poses promote strength, flexibility, and relaxation.
Emphasizing on alignment and offering a detailed exploration, this class incorporates meditative elements for inner stillness. Despite the slow pace, a gentle flow between poses creates a harmonious practice.
Concluding with a soothing cool-down and final relaxation, it's perfect for those seeking yoga's benefits without intense speed. Challenging yet beginner-friendly, it builds strength, stamina, flexibility and discipline through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditative mindfulness practices.
