Aleesha is a devoted yoga teacher with a practice rooted in the traditional Hatha lineage. She has been walking the path of yoga for over 15 years and shares it as a way to reconnect with the heart through breath, movement and yogic wisdom. A qualified Nutritionist with a deep care for health and wellbeing, Aleesha also holds a strong love for Ayurvedic cooking and the philosophy of yoga. Her classes weave together mindful movement, breath awareness and ancient teachings to bring greater joy, peace and happiness to those who come to practice and to anyone in her presence. Aleesha completed her 350 hour teacher training in Perth, where she deepened her commitment to living yoga both on and off the mat. She has also travelled to India several times to immerse herself in the spirit and lifestyle of yoga. With sincerity and presence, Aleesha hopes to inspire others to live in a more holistic and heart connected way. Whether offering a posture, a moment of stillness, a piece of yogic insight or a nourishing snack, her teaching is grounded in care, simplicity and devotion.
