Whether offering a posture, a moment of stillness, a piece of yogic insight or a nourishing snack, her teaching is grounded in care, simplicity and devotion.

Description

There is something deeply special about being guided in a space where practice becomes more than just movement.

A space to slow down, turn inward and gently walk the path of devotion.

This 6-week series is an invitation to join us on a journey towards deeper understanding, inner stillness, and that which is quietly felt beyond the mind.

In these sessions led by Aleesha, we explore a steady and sincere approach to yoga, breath and meditation - so you can feel confident and supported in your practice, while receiving gentle guidance you can carry with you into your daily life.

Together, we explore:
• softening and transforming the body through mindful movement
• calming and focusing the mind through breath awareness
• gently strengthening your connection to the soul and the divine within
• and exploring guidance and wisdom rooted in the Swaminarayan tradition

This is a space of sincerity, reflection and quiet growth… where practice begins to unfold into true peace, lasting contentment and a deeper sense of devotion.

No prior experience is needed.

Simply come with an open heart and a willingness to be present.
