Yoga has been an important part of Alex’s personal journey, supporting his physical and mental wellbeing. Since completing his yoga teacher training, he has been passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with others. Alex creates welcoming and inclusive classes that encourage mindful movement, conscious breathing and a deeper connection with oneself. His intention is for every student to leave feeling stronger, more balanced and refreshed.

Description

Slow Flow is a gentle yet strengthening practice that combines mindful movement with conscious breathing. Moving at a steady, unhurried pace allows time to explore each posture, develop body awareness and transition with greater control.

This class supports flexibility, balance and strength while helping to calm the mind and release tension. Suitable for all experience levels, with options offered to help each student practise comfortably and confidently.
