Jen Abraham
Jen is a devoted yoga practitioner. She first encountered yoga as a teenager in the UK, finding solace and mental clarity through its practice during difficult times. Her journey led her to Rishikesh, India, where she found a sense of self -ease and contentment during an immersive stay at an ashram, delving into meditation, discipline, devotion and communal living.
After over twenty years of consistent personal practice, she felt inspired to deepen her knowledge about anatomy and pursued training in various yoga styles, including vinyasa, yin, restorative and nidra. Jen is now completing pregnancy and post-partum yoga studies.
Jen teaches functional yoga that accommodates all body structures and abilities. She is particularly interested in how yoga asana, breathwork, and meditation can offer relief from chronic pain and stiffness while promoting relaxation and mental clarity.
Jen aims to create a welcoming space where individuals can explore yoga's potential to find connection, rest and find physical ease in an increasingly busy and isolated world.

Cam's Yoga journey started in 2014 with a regular Asana practice of Ashtanga and Vinyasa styles of Yoga as a physical practice for the body and started to notice the calming of the mind that happened naturally with practice.
In late 2017 Cam met his heart teacher and immediately signed up for Teacher Training to deepen his personal practice. The 30 days of intense Hatha Yoga shifted this physical Asana practice into a deeper Holistic Spiritual Practice. The Sciences of Yoga led to moments of deep consciousness and awareness which was really the start of Cam's Yoga and in 2018 Cam started teaching.
In 2023 Cam completed his 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh.
Yoga is the practice of coming "home" back to our natural state of peace and bliss. I look forward to guiding your practice on the mat. Hari Om

In late 2017 Cam met his heart teacher and immediately signed up for Teacher Training to deepen his personal practice. The 30 days of intense Hatha Yoga shifted this physical Asana practice into a deeper Holistic Spiritual Practice. The Sciences of Yoga led to moments of deep consciousness and awareness which was really the start of Cam's Yoga and in 2018 Cam started teaching.
In 2023 Cam completed his 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh.
