A qualified Nutritionist with a deep care for health and wellbeing, Aleesha also holds a strong love for Ayurvedic cooking and the philosophy of yoga. Aleesha completed her 350 hour teacher training in Perth, where she deepened her commitment to living yoga both on and off the mat.
