Born in London and now based in Perth, Priesh's path to well-being began in 2015, driven by a deep desire for personal growth and spiritual development. His journey into yoga and holistic practices, including Meditation, Mindfulness, Ayurveda and Healing, has been transformative, guiding him towards a more balanced, peaceful, and purposeful life.
In 2017, Priesh traveled to Rishikesh, India, where he completed a Yoga & Meditation Teaching Certification. This experience profoundly shaped his teaching approach, inspiring him to share the wisdom he gained through one-on-one sessions, group classes and events. Over the years, Priesh has studied extensively with Indian monks and yogis, delving into advanced meditation, sacred texts, and the timeless wisdom of yogic philosophy.

Yoga has been an important part of Alex’s personal journey, supporting his physical and mental wellbeing. Since completing his yoga teacher training, he has been passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with others.
Alex creates welcoming and inclusive classes that encourage mindful movement, conscious breathing and a deeper connection with oneself. His intention is for every student to leave feeling stronger, more balanced and refreshed.

Adriahn has worked in the health and wellness industry for over 12 years, with a background in massage therapy and youth support work. His interest in the connection between the mind and body led him to India, where he completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, followed by a 50-hour Yin Yoga training.
Adriahn’s classes are gentle, grounding and supportive, with a focus on mobility, active recovery, releasing stress and tension, and returning to presence. He enjoys creating a welcoming space where students can slow down, reconnect with themselves and move with greater awareness.

Kim has practised yoga for more than ten years, finding it a space to discover stillness and reconnect with herself. During a life changing solo journey to Bali, she immersed herself deeply in yoga both on and off the mat. Through her practice, she found a sense of returning home and felt inspired to begin her Yoga Teacher Training.
Kim is currently completing her 350-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Perth. Drawing from her own lived experience, she looks forward to guiding students through nourishing practices that create space to slow down, reconnect, rest and restore.
