Trained in the spiritual heart of Rishikesh, India—the birthplace of yoga—Jessica is a dedicated teacher with qualifications in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa yoga. Her classes draw from authentic lineage and deep tradition, offering more than just physical practice.
With many years of experience as a strength coach and personal trainer, Jessica brings a solid foundation in biomechanics, injury management, and safe movement principles to every session. Now, as a practising psychologist, she combines the wisdom of yogic philosophy and current research to guide her teaching and provide trauma-informed care.
