Yoga Nidra is a Sanskrit term meaning "Yogic Sleep". It is a technique for yogi's to enter a deep state of conscious relaxation by systematically moving awareness from the external world to the inner world. In this class we will do a 10-20 minute gentle flow and then calm the body for a 20-30 minute Nidra practice.
