All levels Vinyasa Yoga will take students through a series of poses that sync breath to movement. This playful, compassionately vigorous class combines dynamic movements and steady holds. Each class will end with a restorative stretch and gentle relaxation.

Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing.

CORE: This is a practice for building strength and mobility as well as increasing flexibility and blood flow. Feel great from head to toe with this total body core flow. Meet your appropriate edge and light a little fire to get CENTERED.

BACK: Specialized sequencing and instruction to alleviate back pain and support a healthy spine.

Get grounded with your practice whether you are brand new or want to go deeper! We will focus on proper alignment and building poses from the ground up using the breath and self-exploration. This practice will move through all areas of the body while pursuing opening in those pesky places that tend to get “stuck”. The goal is to guide you towards a deep relationship with the best teacher of all – YOURSELF!

This flow for all levels will help rejuvenate the body from the previous week. We’ll focus on foundation in our postures as we refresh our mind, body and soul with breathing exercises.
