A weekend of handstands!!
During two afternoons, you will be completely immersed in the fun of hand balancing!
Starting from the basics of how to find your balance with the use of the wall, to different shapes and how to enter and transition between them. Prior handstand experience is not needed, but feeling comfortable on your hands against the wall is a plus.
The two days will be different in which we progressively dive deeper into all the possibilities on your hands. Feel free to sign up for only 1 afternoon, but going all the way and joining for the entire weekend will be twice as fun of course!!
Een handstand weekend!!
Tijdens twee namiddagen zal je volledig ondergedompeld worden in de fun van handstand!
Starten vanaf de basis waarbij we balans zoeken met behulp van de muur, tot verschillende handstand shapes en hoe erin en eruit te geraken. Handstand ervaring is niet nodig voor deze workshop, maar je comfortabel op je handen voelen tegen de muur is zeker een plus.
De twee dagen zullen verschillend zijn waarin we progressief verder opbowen naar al de mogelijkheden op je handen. Het is zeker mogelijk om je in te schrijven voor 1 namiddag, maar het volledige weekend meedoen is natuurlijk dubbel zo leuk!!
