The sequence includes the poses you know and love, but offers a different take on them. Sometimes it is a new variation, other times it is a completely different experience. The purpose of this class is to explore a different way of practicing and explore new space in your mind and body. It is a way to look at our world with fresh eyes and be ready for the summer holidays!
