Waking up, energizing & strengthening the body, calming down the mind by playing with a series of different variations on Sun Salutations combined with the Yoga warriors.

Saja Yoga Loft Herent is our second location where Yoga courses, Workshops, Special Yoga Weekends and Special series of classes take place.
It is a place outside the city, in the middle of an oasis of peace.
Here you can go for our special Yoga or consciousness experiences in addition to our classic range of classes at Saja Yoga Studio in the heart of Leuven.
In our offer we work closely with other professional organizations or teachers.
