Join Frances for a chance to play with unique flow sequences and funky transitions. Challenge your body in a safe space where you're free to experiment beyond the typical vinyasa sequences. Best suited for those with some yoga experience.

Here you can go for our special Yoga or consciousness experiences in addition to our classic range of classes at Saja Yoga Studio in the heart of Leuven.
